The other day, I was chatting to someone about premature ejaculation*.
I said to him, “You know, men’s health clinics have come a long way. You could probably get treatment for that”
He replied, “What? Are you crazy? I’m a project manager. Cumming early means completing a project on-time and under-budget. I get paid extra for that”
And then he broke out in song:
